Bankes Avenue lined!!!!

Following the extensive work over the summer on the pitches, they re-opened at the start of July. It has taken a number of hours cutting since the work was completed in order to get them to a good length without leaving too many grass cuttings on the surface. Although not yet completely free of cut grass in places, we feel that they are now ready to be lined. With training in full flow and summer friendlies starting, the lining was completed this morning by two lining robots and they are looking really good. Believe it or not, we now want some rain but the forecast isn't suggesting any at present.
Other work is also ongoing to tidy up the surrounding areas of the pitches and get everywhere looking good for the start of the season. If anyone wants to get stuck in strimming, weeding or even collecting litter, please get in touch via email or via your coaches.
